1st Direct Mail is a family run mailing house business. The company was formed in 1990. We pride ourselves on being completely reliable & being able to respond quickly to our clients’ changing needs. Our aim is to exceed your expectations.

We proof read everything we’re asked to print.  We’re really good at this, & you’d be surprised at just how many mistakes we spot.  We correct mistakes (with our clients’ approval) & can offer suggestions to improve copy.  We don’t normally charge for this service.

Our staff are given regular data security talks to remind them of this important aspect of their work. We comply with the most up to date GDPR laws.  We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (registration number Z8306980). Your mailing data will never be used for any purpose other than your own direct mail, & will be deleted from our computer systems as soon as it’s no longer required.

We can send you a copy of our Data Security & GDPR policy on request.

Many clients ask us to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement or Confidentiality Agreement before we begin working with them.  If you don’t have an NDA of your own, we can use our standard NDA text, & tailor this as required.
